Collinsville is a city in northeastern Oklahoma's Tulsa County, situated north of Tulsa along the edge of the metropolitan area. Because Collinsville sits north of Tulsa rather than inside its denser core, it offers larger lots, open surroundings, and a quieter pace while keeping the region's employers, shopping, and cultural amenities within commuting distance. Most residents own their homes, and the population skews toward families and young professionals who value the blend of small-town identity and metro access. The city's calendar of parades, car shows, and holiday events reinforces that community feel, while Tulsa, a short drive to the south, supplies the scale of a major city whenever residents want it.
