Carlton Landing is a master-planned resort town in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, built from the ground up along the shore of Lake Eufaula. Conceived and developed by real estate developer Grant Humphreys and his family, the community was started in 2009 and formally incorporated in October 2013, when its residents voted to become Oklahoma's newest town under the statutory town form of government.
